Here is what one month of steroids does to little boys. It still amazes me how much his little body has changed in such a short amount of time. I feel sad for him, frustrated that the treatment is so harsh. There's got to be a better way to cure this. There just has to be.
And now that's he's not on steroids any longer, he'll change back just a quickly. But what I did notice was that precious smile. Nothing had changed about it. (((Ben)))
ReplyDeleteThat is so hard to see. Poor guy and poor momma. :-( My heart breaks for you guys. I cannot even begin to imagine. But I agree, nothing has changed in his beautiful smile! Praying for you all!
